Process Audit and Assessment

Lionsource Process Audit and Assessment is a measurement system employeed by our people to benchmark your operation and provide valuable tools and suggestions on how to improve your process.

Some assessments can be done within a hour or two, while others may take days or even weeks to thoroughly understand your operations.

Lionsource can act as your independent consultant, providing you with an unbias assessment of where your process rates and how to fix it.  In this role we will never try to sell you a product (unless you ask us to do so).  The other more traditional path is for Lionsource to act as your trusted chemical supplier, performing the standard troubleshotting methods, testing, and fluid implimentation practices that are commonly used throughout the industry.
